Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Uptown in North Texas is seeking an experienced ED Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, patient flow and staff collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Texas RN license, BLS, and several years in acute emergency or critical care settings, with leadership experience. You will oversee staffing, quality of care, and compliance with standards while partnering with physicians and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
• 3+ years acute emergency services or critical care nursing required.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Current Texas RN licensure.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association required.
• Board certification in leadership, critical care, emergency nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ED operations and patient flow.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
