Job summary

Medical Edge in Dallas is seeking a Nurse Manager of Emergency Services to lead a busy Emergency Department within a large tertiary acute care environment. You will oversee operations, staffing, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver excellent patient care.

The role requires strong ED leadership, a Texas RN license, and a track record of progressive nursing management. You will partner with physicians and the nursing leadership team to engage staff and improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Active Texas RN license or eligible compact license.
• Emergency Department experience required.
• Five years of recent progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience leading staff, managing operations, and partnering with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
