TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Nurse Manager for ED/ER Services in Dallas, TX. The position involves overseeing a team of 35 in a busy emergency department at a large tertiary care center, ensuring high-quality patient care and collaboration across different disciplines.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with a current RN License in Texas, and possess significant management experience in emergency services.

This is a Full-Time role during Day shifts, with no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Advanced degree preferred.
Current RN License in the State of Texas or compact license.
AHA or ARC BLS provider.
AHA or ARC, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months.
TNCC is required within 18 months.
ENPC or CEN within 18 months.
Five years of recent progressive management experience.
ED experience is required.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 35 FTEs at the Emergency Department.
Develop policies and procedures to improve patient care.
Collaborate with nursing and multi-disciplinary teams.
Cultivate and maintain strong physician relationships.
Serve as a primary contact for operational and patient care issues.
