Job summary

Stoughton Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to join our Emergency Services team on a full-time basis. The position involves organizing medical records, answering and routing calls, and supporting clinical staff in a fast-paced setting.

This in-person role works 30 hours per week (0.75 FTE) with shifts 7:00 pm–7:00 am, Monday through Friday with holiday rotation. Benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and more.

Qualifications

• Clerical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong computer and office software skills required.
• Ability to answer phones and triage to staff.
• Willingness to work 30 hours per week with evening shifts.
