Job summary

RelaDyne LLC, a leading provider of automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants, seeks a Commercial Sales Manager for Emergency Services to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

You will develop regional and national strategies, build executive-level relationships, and collaborate across Operations, Marketing, Pricing, and Logistics to deliver emergency fuel delivery, disaster response, and other critical services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in emergency services, industrial services, fuel distribution, energy, power generation, environmental services, logistics, or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
• Strong understanding of emergency response, fuel supply continuity, disaster recovery, critical infrastructure, or related services.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Sage CRM, or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with Power BI or other sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional and national sales strategies to grow RelaDyne's Emergency Services business.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Drive new customer acquisition, account expansion, cross-selling, and retention.
• Develop relationships with key customers and strategic partners at executive level.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Pricing, Procurement, Logistics and Operations to support growth and profitability.
• Develop forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
• Represent RelaDyne professionally at industry events and customer meetings.
