Job summary

RelaDyne, the nation's leading automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants provider, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead multiple branch locations, drive safety, and elevate performance. You will shape operational strategy, partner with cross-functional teams, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
8+ years progressive operations leadership experience.
Experience leading multiple locations or regional operations.
Demonstrated success managing P&L performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop branch leadership teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure consistent execution of company standards and service expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Manage regional operating budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
Ensure facilities, fleet, inventory, and equipment are maintained to support safe and efficient operations.
Develop talent through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives and serve as a champion for organizational change.
Ability to travel up to 50%
