Job summary

RelaDyne is seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue growth and profitability. You will recruit, lead, and develop a top sales team, drive organic growth and new business, partner with operations and marketing, and oversee forecasting, budgeting, CRM usage, and performance metrics.

This position requires outstanding leadership and analytical abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or sales leadership experience.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Experience with data analysis and performance reporting (Power BI a plus).
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
