St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient journey.

You will perform critical assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and safety in a fast-paced environment. The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing, Texas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS or equivalent certifications, with at least one year of experience.

Formación

• Associate's Of Science Nursing.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 months and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 months
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, within 12 months or
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses, within 12 months

Responsabilidades

• Assessment: admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition; plan of care and daily goals.
• Report Skills: bedside shift report; ensure continuity of care.
• Environment & Patient Safety: maintain safe space; report hazards; cost-conscious documentation.
• Documentation: log patient records per standards; maintain licenses and competencies.
• Patient Care: apply nursing process; address clinical, psychosocial and spiritual needs.
• Patient Experience: provide compassionate, patient-focused care; hourly rounding and updates.
