CommonSpirit Health's St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, TX RN license, CPR, NRP within 6 months, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Pay range: $35.45–$55.36 per hour.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• TX RN license required.
• CPR and BLS certifications required; CPR within 14 days.
• NRP required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience as RN in a clinical setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess admission and ongoing condition of patients and provide nursing care.
• Design, implement, document, and evaluate the plan of care and patient education.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; report changes to the nurse in charge or physician.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Provide accurate bedside reports to oncoming shifts and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safe environment and manage supplies and documentation.
