St. Luke's Health–Sugar Land Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, administer treatments, and implement care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing completed.
• At least one year of RN experience required.
• TX RN license required.
• CPR (BLS) within 14 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' conditions and provide nursing care.
• Plan, implement, and document the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Perform treatments, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and notify physicians.
• Provide bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
