Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role involves delivering safe patient care in telemetry, guiding patient education, and coordinating with physicians during shifts 7:00am–7:30pm on the 12-hour schedule.

Qualifications include active RN license, BLS, ALS, PALS/ENPC; CEN and BSN preferred. Sign-on bonus available; competitive benefits and total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Current ALS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Current PALS certificate and/or ENPC within required timeframe.
• CEN certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise patient/family teaching.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff, communicate changes in condition.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in telemetry.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) license

BLS certification
