Altus Emergency is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Registered Nurse to provide immediate medical care in emergency situations. You will work with physicians and the health care team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

This role requires active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Responsibilities include triage, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, care plan collaboration, and maintaining medical records.

Qualificações

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
