Altus Community Healthcare in Houston is seeking an experienced Emergency Registered Nurse to deliver rapid, high-quality care in a busy ED. You will assess and triage patients, administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with physicians and allied staff to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
