Altus Emergency is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide immediate and effective medical care in emergency situations, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include triage, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and care-plan implementation, while maintaining accurate records.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and triage patients in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices.
