Job summary

Altus Emergency is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Registered Nurse to join our team in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will provide immediate medical care in emergencies and work closely with physicians and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 2 years in emergency nursing, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-stress

Qualifications

Active RN license is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency nursing.

Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients in emergency situations.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices.
