Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced ER nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room. The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent, current RN licensure, and at least 2 years of ER experience with BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

The nurse will follow physician orders, maintain patient confidentiality, and participate in admissions, discharges, transfers, and nursing care evaluation while upholding COLA/CLIA compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and active RN license.
• ER experience of 2+ years or equivalent.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; ENPC optional.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate nursing care.
• Document accurately in medical records.
• Observe and record patient signs and symptoms.
• Follow physician orders for nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Handle admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Assist with diagnostic or treatment procedures as needed.
• Assist in evaluating and planning nursing care.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready for procedures.
