Job summary

Endeavor Health is recruiting experienced Emergency Department advanced practice providers to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The APP will assess, diagnose, and treat patients at the Plainfield ED, with shifts spanning mornings to late evenings, including weekends and holidays.

Applicants need an IL APN/PA license, a master's level PA/NP degree, and active BLS/CPR with ACLS/PALS. The role offers part-time, full-time, and PRN options in a growing care network.

Qualifications

• Active APN or PA license in IL required or eligible.
• Master's level PA or NP training completed.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS certifications current.
• Minimum 2 years emergency medicine APP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments and differential diagnoses.

Hourly Pay Range: $61.22 - $85.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Expect a fast-paced environment where you will provide care in a team-based approach while working at the top of your license. Position Highlights:

Position: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

Location: Plainfield Emergency Department

Full Time/Part Time: prn, part-time, and full-time

Hours: The APPs cover the shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Start/end times vary. Weekends and holidays required.

What you will need:

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of master's level PA or NP training
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS/PALS required
• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP is required

• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
