Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider for the Plainfield Emergency Department. The role covers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with hours spanning 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Weekends and holidays are required as part of the schedule.

Applicants must hold IL APN/PA licensure, a master’s PA/NP degree, and current BLS/CPR with ACLS/PALS certifications, plus 2 years of EM APP experience. DEA and state licenses are also required.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of master’s level PA or NP training
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS/PALS required
• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP is required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experiences.

Hourly Pay Range: $61.22 - $85.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
