Job summary

Endeavor Health is actively recruiting experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to join our Plainfield Emergency Department team in Illinois. APPs will provide care in a fast-paced, team-based environment, working at the top of their license, with shifts spanning mornings to late nights.

Requirements include IL APN/PA license, DEA, master's PA/NP training, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least 2 years of EM experience as an APP.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in IL; DEA and Illinois controlled substance license required.
• Education: Completion of master's level PA or NP training.
• Certification: BLS/CPR; ACLS/PALS.
• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experiences.

Hourly Pay Range:

$61.22 - $85.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider
• Location: Plainfield Emergency Department
• Full Time/Part Time: prn, part-time, and full-time
• Hours: The APPs cover the shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Start/end times vary. Weekends and holidays required.

What you will need

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of master's level PA or NP training
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS/PALS required
