Endeavor Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider in Plainfield, IL. The role involves patient assessments and treating in a fast-paced ED setting with shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; positions available Full Time/Part Time/PRN.

Applicants must hold IL APN/PA licensure, DEA, and IL controlled substances licenses, and have a Master’s level PA/NP training. Required BLS/CPR and ACLS/PALS certifications, plus 2 years of ED APP experience.

Qualifications

• License: APN or PA licensure in IL; Federal DEA and IL Controlled Substance License required.
• Master’s level PA or NP training completed.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS required.
• 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments.
• Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experiences.

Hourly Pay Range:

$61.22 - $85.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

Position: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

Location: Plainfield Emergency Department

Full Time/Part Time: prn, part-time, and full-time

Hours: The APPs cover the shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Start/end times vary. Weekends and holidays required.

What you will need

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required


• Education: Completion of master?s level PA or NP training


• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS/PALS required


• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP is required
