Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for Immediate Care in the Chicago northwest suburbs. The role involves autonomous patient care under collaborating physicians, performing exams, ordering tests, and managing treatment plans in a fast-paced, team-based environment at multiple locations in Schaumburg and surrounding towns.
Licensed APN or PA in IL with DEA and CS licenses, a master's in the specialty, and BLS/CPR certification are required, with at least two years
Hourly Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is continually recruiting experienced Immediate Care nurse practitioners and physician assistants for future full-time and part-time positions. Expect a fast-paced environment where you will provide care in a team-based approach while working at the top of your license. Location: Four locations throughout the northwest suburbs of Chicago including: 519 S Roselle Road Schaumburg IL, 21481 N Rand Road Kildeer IL, 15 S McHenry Road Buffalo Grove IL, 199 W Rand Road Mt Prospect IL.
Weekends, evenings and holidays may be required.
