Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join the Plainfield Emergency Department. The role includes providing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and prescribing treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Applicant must hold IL APN or PA license, a master’s PA/NP degree, and BLS/CPR plus ACLS/PALS certifications, with at least 2 years of ER APP experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$61.22 - $85.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider
• Location: Plainfield Emergency Department
• Full Time/Part Time: prn, part-time, and full-time
• Hours: The APPs cover the shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Start/end times vary. Weekends and holidays required.

What you will need

• License: Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Completion of master's level PA or NP training
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required, ACLS/PALS required
• Experience: 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience as an APP is required
