The role requires call center or customer service background, basic diesel maintenance knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years call center experience.
• One to three years in customer service.
• One to two years in automotive or diesel repair facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality customer service and handles inquiries professionally.
• Receives information quickly and accurately.
• Locates breakdowns using maps and understands highway systems.
• Operates a switchboard and phone in a call center setting.
• Creates cases in ticketing software for tracking purposes.
• Dispatches technicians to breakdown sites with details and inventory.
• Communicates with call center staff and remote locations.
• Prepares finalized work orders for payment and follows payment collection processes.
