Qualifications

• One to three years call center or customer service experience.
• Must be proficient with Windows/Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to multitask and handle inquiries calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to breakdown sites with complete details and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle questions and complaints professionally.
• Operate a switchboard/phone and document interactions in the ticketing system.
