The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking new graduate nurses to join the Nurse Residency Program in Cincinnati. You will engage in comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing education while delivering patient-centered care on designated units.

You will develop competency through structured clinical experiences, evidence-based practice, and leadership development, with strong emphasis on collaboration, safety, and continuous learning within a Magnet-designated hospital.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BLS and ACLS per unit policy.
• Nursing Residency Program requirements and Magnet designation emphasize evidence-based care.
• Strong documentation and interprofessional collaboration are essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care following the Christ Hospital Health Network Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families, document care concisely in the EMR, and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive performance improvement and high reliability in patient care.
• Mentor peers and participate in professional development and unit-based initiatives.
