The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within a team-based model. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, guided by the Ohio Nurse Practice Act and ANA code of ethics, ensuring culturally appropriate, family-centered care.

Competenze

• TCH hires AD and Diploma nurses; however, nurses hired after January 2010 must receive their BSN within 5 years of the date of hire.
• A MSN or DNP is not required but supersedes the BSN.
• RN licensure in Ohio and ongoing professional development are expected.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Communicate plans of care and changes with the team using SBAR and handoff processes.
