Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Mitigation Technician to deliver emergency restoration services for fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage. You stabilize properties, prevent further harm, and provide compassionate service during stressful times.

Join a field-based, full-time team that partners with project managers and the Contents Division to protect and recover what matters, using IICRC standards and the latest industry tools.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain IICRC certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driving record and reliable attendance
• Experience documenting work using job-management software

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess damage
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation per standards
• Remove and dispose of damaged materials safely
• Decontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected spaces
• Document progress with photos and notes using PSA and software
• Coordinate with project managers and crew chiefs
