Rainbow Restoration is seeking an Emergency Services Technician to respond to water, mold, fire, storm, and other property losses in residential and commercial settings. The role focuses on water mitigation, structural drying, mold remediation, containment, demolition, and disaster cleanup to restore homes and businesses.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, hardworking, and customer-focused, with the ability to work in fast-paced emergency environments.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in emergency response situations and fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and travel statewide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial emergency losses involving water, mold, fire, storm, and other property damage.
• Perform water mitigation services according to IICRC standards and company procedures.
• Become proficient in water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, containment setup, demolition, and disaster cleanup.
