Job summary

SERVPRO - JWilCo Enterprises, LLC seeks a Priority Responder Estimator to meet property owners after water damage, fire, mold, or bio incidents. You are the first point of contact, must be professional, confident, empathic, and reassuring to build trust while explaining our emergency services.

The role includes collaboration with marketing for community events and typically runs 7:30am-5pm Monday–Friday, with on-call 24/7 during severe weather and a rotating after-hours schedule after training.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in emergency response-related fields.
• Experience educating customers on services preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on emergency response services.
• Explain services and benefits to property owners.
• Maintain positive relationships in the local community.
• Be on-call 24/7 during severe weather periods as needed.
• Sell our services and secure the job.
• Support marketing with community events.
