Job summary

SERVPRO Evansville is seeking a Priority Responder Estimator to generate revenue by meeting property owners after water, fire, mold, or bio incidents. You will be the first face-to-face contact, building trust and guiding customers through emergency services.

Role requires professional, empathetic communication, on-call availability, and collaboration with marketing. Expect 7:30am-5pm (Mon-Fri) with periodic 24/7 shifts and after-hours on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience REQUIRED in any listed emergency response or restoration fields.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the business geographic territory.
• Educate customers on emergency response services.
• Communicate our services to the affected property owner.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and write emergency service estimates.
• Establish and maintain positive professional relationships in the local community.
• Be available on-call 24/7 during severe weather periods.
• Sell our services and secure the job.
• Collaborate with marketing to support community awareness.
• Remain current in safety and emergency response certifications.
• Act as a solid brand ambassador for the business.
