SERVPRO Evansville, IN is seeking a Priority Responder Estimator who will be the first point of contact with property owners after a disaster. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to build trust while representing the SERVPRO brand.

The position involves meeting clients, educating them on emergency response services, and partnering with marketing to promote the brand. Hours are 7:30am–5pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional 24/7 on-call during severe weather.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more listed emergency response fields.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 during severe weather events.
• Ability to educate customers and write emergency service estimates.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the business geographic territory.
• Educate customers on emergency response services.
• Communicate our services to the property owner.
• Learn new technologies, software, and write estimates.
• Build positive relationships in the local community.
• On-call availability 24/7 as needed.
• Sell our services and secure the job.
• Assist marketing efforts as needed.
• Remain current in safety/emergency certifications.
• Serve as a solid brand ambassador.
