Job summary

Oaklawn seeks a Security Dispatcher to coordinate security communications and responses across the property. You will be the central point for security operations, directing officers and coordinating with surveillance, emergency services and other departments to keep guests and Team Members safe.

The role requires staying calm under pressure, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior dispatch, security, law enforcement or customer service experience preferred.
• Casino or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security communications and response across the property.
• Dispatch security officers to incidents, emergencies, and service calls.
• Maintain constant communication with Security, Surveillance and key departments.
• Monitor alarms, access control systems and CCTV as applicable.
• Document incidents, calls and dispatch activity in logs.
• Assist with investigations by providing logs and records.
• Provide real-time updates to Security leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state casino laws and internal procedures.
