Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Security Dispatcher to monitor Federal Protective Services and radio traffic, receive emergency and non-emergency calls, and monitor security alarms across US states and territories. You will coordinate responses and communicate via radio and telephone systems.

The role requires US citizenship, ability to work under stress, and accurate documentation of events. This is a 24/7 operation with variable shifts and full documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Background check is required.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work under stress and respond to emergency communications.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Familiarity with public safety communication environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FPS and radio traffic and coordinate emergency responses.
• Communicate audio messages via radio and telephone.
• Coordinate law enforcement and public safety activities.
• Log calls and maintain client records.
• Operate dispatch equipment and monitor CCTV.
