Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Experience in hospital emergency preparedness or EMS.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and manage the Emergency Management Program.
• Develop and support the Emergency Preparedness Committee.
• Monitor and evaluate quality improvement activities for emergency preparedness.
• Implement hospital incident command and NIMS plans.
• Lead education programs and community disaster preparedness initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional hospitals and agencies on disaster planning.
• Ensure HRSA grant compliance and reporting.
