Job summary

Work schedule is full-time with potential telework up to three days weekly; duties include

Qualifications

• One year as Administrative Officer 2 or equivalent
• Four years of office management experience including budgeting or procurement
• Equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Emergency Planning: Develop plans, policies, and guidance for statewide human services operations
• Capability Assessment: Coordinate assessments of state readiness and align priorities with federal human services goals
• Behavioral Health Integration: Support the integration of emergency behavioral health into statewide response plans
• Service Coordination: Work with mental health providers to ensure services remain available during emergencies
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with agencies and community partners to support a whole community disaster response
