Responsibilities include recruitment and retention strategies, orientation and education development, and monitoring care quality with standards and outcomes. The role also involves budgeting, governance participation, and interdepartmental collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related admin tools.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staffing and resources to deliver optimal 24/7 nursing care.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives.
