You will drive initiatives to improve outcomes, collaborate with medical staff, and mentor a multidisciplinary team while ensuring accreditation standards are met and budgeted resources are allocated effectively.

Qualificações

• BSN required (Alabama RN licensure or eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership in Emergency Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build relationships.
• Experience budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in an acute care setting.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and performance-improvement initiatives.
• BLS and ACLS certification required or obtainable within defined timeframe.
