The role requires a BSN, Alabama RN licensure, and 5+ years of progressive leadership in emergency care, with strong budgeting, analytics, and team-building skills. BLS/ACLS certification is required or achievable.

Qualificações

• BSN degree required.
• Current or eligible Alabama RN licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and building relationships.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in acute care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department.
• Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to enhance clinical performance and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and engagement for providers and staff.
• Oversee staff education, competency, and adherence to safety standards.
