Job summary

VBeyond Healthcare is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing – Emergency Services to lead a high-performing ER team in Florence, Alabama. This role is designed for a seasoned nursing professional focused on operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, hold a current Alabama RN License, and have at least 5 years of leadership experience in Emergency Services, along with the certifications required.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama RN License or eligibility for Alabama licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster strong working relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with experience implementing performance improvement initiatives.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within a specified timeframe.
• Clean nursing license with no disciplinary actions or restrictions.
