The successful candidate will oversee program development, budgeting, staffing, and quality initiatives, partnering with medical leadership to elevate care delivery and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic acute-care setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Alabama RN licensure required or eligible.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in Emergency Services.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Budgeting, financial management and resource allocation in acute care.
• Strong data interpretation and performance-improvement skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department.
• Develop and implement programs to improve patient outcomes and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and leadership to enhance clinical performance and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and advance quality initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, retention and engagement for providers and staff.
• Oversee staff education, competency, and safety adherence.
