Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Three years’ nursing experience, including one year in a progressive leadership role; HM internal requires two years leadership experience.
• RN Texas license with PSV Compact or permanent Texas license within 60 days; BLS (or Instructor); Magnet certification within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily work activities of the unit/department staff, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and adherence to policies/procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
• Lead training, monitoring, and initiatives for compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
