Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• WA RN license upon hire.
• New graduate or RN without ED/Critical Care experience and completion of ED residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care with accurate assessments.
• Administer, oversee and document medications per hospital policy.
• Perform clinical interventions and coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Support rapid assessment and treatment in a fast-paced Emergency Department and assist with discharge planning.
