Job summary

The Bremerton Free-standing ED at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. WA RN license and ED/CC experience are required, with several certifications expected within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• ED or critical care experience within the last 2 years.
• Registered Nurse: WA license upon hire.
• CPR (BLS) upon hire.
• ACLS within 60 days upon hire.
• TNCC within 12 months.
• PALS within 12 months or ENPC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced ED.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures and vital assessments.
• Document care plans and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold safety, risk management and regulatory standards.
