Responsibilities

• Adheres to policies, safety, and regulatory standards across the department.
• Administers and documents medication administration (topical, oral, IM, subcut, IV) per orders.
• Assesses patient needs (physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral, developmental, spiritual).
• Uses nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care; prepares discharge planning.
