Jenkins Restorations in Raleigh, NC seeks a Mitigation Technician to assess and remediate disaster sites, cleaning and drying interior spaces, coordinating with clients and insurers, and responding on-call to emergencies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, IICRC WRT/ASD training preferred, and strong customer service skills to support property owners and teams through restoration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• IICRC WRT/ASD course or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• On-call 24x7 schedule; overtime may be required.
• Able to pass background, driving record, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dry interior areas of damaged property.
• Identify items that are wet with specialized equipment.
• Remove drywall, pull up flooring, clear debris.
• Pump water out with extraction equipment.
• Dry out water-damaged materials with drying equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to property owners.
• Communicate job updates with clients, insurance representatives and Project Manager.
• Respond 24x7 on-call as needed.
