Job summary

24 Hour Flood Pros of Michigan LLC seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency mitigation efforts from assessment to completion. You will direct technicians, determine scopes, estimates, and plans, and ensure safety and quality on every site.

Strong leadership, communication, and a background in mitigation are essential. This on-site role includes on-call rotations and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
• Leadership or crew management experience.
• IICRC certifications (WRT required; FSRT, ASD, AMRT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations and ensure smooth workflow across field crews and job sites.
• Conduct on-site inspections to assess water, fire, or mold damage and determine needed mitigation steps.
• Create accurate scopes, estimates, and job plans using company software and industry standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support technicians to ensure high performance and customer service.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations (IICRC, OSHA, etc.).
• Oversee equipment setup, moisture readings, photos, and job-site verification.
• Review and approve technician notes, photos, moisture logs, and job summaries.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to operational improvements.
• Assist in inventory oversight and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
