Broadco Property Restoration in Macomb, MI is seeking a Mitigation EMS Project Manager to lead mitigation teams and oversee restoration projects with safety and precision. You will conduct on-site assessments, supervise technicians, ensure compliance, manage inventory, and prepare estimates using Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
• IICRC WRT Certification, minimally FSRT & AMRT preferred.
• Ability to lead mitigation teams effectively.
• PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
• Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
• Must participate in On-Call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site assessments to determine damage and plan mitigation.
• Supervise mitigation technician teams and lead by example.
• Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed.
• Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment.
• Assist and document job progress clearly and accurately.
• Engage in OTJ training of technician teams.
• Prepare Estimates and Invoices using Xactimate.
