Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration | Fortify Companies seeks a Mitigation Project Manager to lead emergency restoration projects from inspection to completion. You will secure scopes, manage budgets, and ensure timely, within-budget results across fire, water, mold, wind, and storm damage.

You’ll coordinate with insurers and clients, develop profitable estimates, and supervise technicians, with a strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration/mitigation projects.
• Ability to scope losses and write accurate estimates.
• Understanding of insurance restoration processes.
• Proven leadership and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine scopes and costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates for restoration losses.
• Manage ~ $1M+ annual project volume.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients on scope and pricing.
• Define project expectations and obtain signed contracts.
• Develop production budgets and pre-plan jobs.
• Oversee field teams and ensure quality.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and closeouts.
