GuideWell Emergency Doctors is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to perform ER-level duties across multiple facilities in Florida. You will conduct histories and exams, develop treatment plans, and perform minor procedures while maintaining efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Candidates must hold an active Florida PA/ARNP license, DEA license, and PALS/ACLS; a minimum of five years of clinical experience is required.

Formación

• Masters degree required in a related field.
• Active Florida PA/ARNP license is mandatory.
• Active DEA license required.
• PALS and ACLS certification required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in a medical setting.
• Must be credentialed at each facility and able to pass background/drug screening.
• Ability to travel between local facilities within a 50-mile radius.

Responsabilidades

• Perform H&P and physical exam in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Make quality medical decisions and generate treatment plans.
• Write prescriptions and perform minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain door-to-provider times and meet facility metrics.
• Complete charting within 24 hours and participate in huddles.
• Utilize Pathfinder for patient referrals and reference protocols.
