Job summary

Guidewell-Emergency-Doctors seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for fast‑paced emergency care in Florida. You will perform H&Ps, order and interpret tests, and develop quality treatment plans while maintaining prompt door-to-provider times.

The role requires 5+ years in a clinical setting, active Florida PA/ARNP license, DEA, and BLS/PALS/ACLS credentials. Travel between local facilities is expected; strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience working in a clinical area.
• Active Florida PA or ARNP license and DEA license.
• Active BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Perform histories and physical exams (H&P) and physical exams.
• Make quality medical decisions and generate treatment plans.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and write prescriptions.
• Perform minor procedures as needed (I&D, sutures).
• Coordinate follow-up within our facility or with specialists.
• Submit patient charts within 24 hours of shift.
